I invested in a 2 BHK apartment in Spring Greens Phase 2 by Spring DevelopeThe project was completed in 2013 and is ready to move in, which is a good sign for rental potential. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 1186 square feet. The location on Faizabad Road in Lucknow is developing, and the presence of a school and hospital very close by (0 KM) adds to its appeal. The project boasts of ample open space, 75%, which is a significant draw. While the amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium are standard, the overall construction quality seems decent for the price point, though pricing details are not available to me. The maintenance charges are also something to consider for an investment property.

We chose Spring Greens Phase 2 mainly because of its proximity to Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School, which is practically nearby. Our 3 BHK apartment is 1640 square feet, giving our children enough room to play inside. The complex offea gymnasium and a swimming pool, which is great for weekend activities. The 24x7 security and water supply are definite positives for a family. The landscaping is beautiful, and the 75% open space makes it feel less crowded. However, traffic on Faizabad Road can get quite heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times, which is a daily hassle. Also, the jogging track is a bit short for serious runneSpring Developehave provided a good living environment overall.

We moved into our 2 BHK here a few weeks ago. The 1186 square feet built-up area feels quite spacious for us. It is great that the project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium right within the complex, saving us time. The location on Faizabad Road is convenient for my commute to the IT park. Spring Developeseem to have maintained the landscaping well, it looks very green. The only downside is that finding parking can be a bit tricky during peak hou, especially if we have guests. Overall, it is a decent place for a young couple starting out.

We bought a 3 BHK in Spring Greens Phase 2, measuring 1640 square feet built-up. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. Spring Developehave provided a good number of amenities, including a fire fighting system and lifts, which are standard but necessary. The landscaping and tree planting have made the common areas quite attractive. I checked the maintenance records and they seem reasonable. My concern is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby which can be a bit irritating sometimes. Also, the distance to Munshipulia Metro Station is about 8.65 kilomete, which is a bit far for daily commute if one relies on the metro.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Spring Greens Phase 2 about six months back. Being retired, I value peace and quiet, and this project offe75% open space which is very pleasant. The Vastu compliant design was also important for my wife. The flat itself is 1640 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The 24x7 water supply and security are essential features for comfortable living at this stage of life. While the complex has good amenities like a club house, the proximity to Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School is also a plus, even though we do not have kids. The only issue is the slightly narrow lane leading to the main Faizabad Road, which can be a concern during monsoons.
