We were looking for a plot close to the IT hub and found Spring Grace. It's located on Sitapur Road, near IIM Road. We chose a 1029 sq.ft plot for 63.8 Lakh. Reciprocal Group is the developer. The project has a Cycling & Jogging Track and a Badminton Court, which we find appealing for our lifestyle. It’s currently under construction, with completion expected by December 2025. The price is reasonable, and it’s LDA Approved. However, the distance to the IT College Metro Station, around 8 kilomete, is a bit inconvenient for our daily commute. We are hoping for better connectivity options soon.
