We recently moved into our 4 BHK villa in Spring Garden. After yeaof renting, this feels like a significant upgrade. The 2200 sqft space is more than enough for us. Living on Faizabad Road, Gomti Nagar, provides easy access to essential services, with Savitri Devi hospital also very close by. The contemporary architecture and landscaping are visually appealing. We are happy with the solid waste management system and the efficient garbage disposal. The only minor issue we've noticed is the slight dust from ongoing construction in adjacent areas, but we expect that to settle soon. Overall, a good move.
