Speed by Haappy home Construction Buildein Vayusena Nagar offered residential plots that fit my requirements. I chose a 5000 Sq.ft plot, which gives me ample space. The fact that it’s ready to move is a huge relief; I can start planning my house construction immediately without delays. The proximity to the hospital is ideal for my professional. The only downside I've noticed is the noise from the nearby Vayusena Nagar area, which can be a bit distracting at times, but I am hopeful it will lessen once more people move in.

  I'm buying a plot for my parents who live in Nagpur. I wanted something in a good area and Speed in Vayusena Nagar seemed like a good fit. The developer, Haappy home Construction Builde, has been responsive to my queries, even though I'm managing things from abroad. The plot sizes are decent, I picked a 1068 Sq.ft one, which is manageable. It's ready to move which is great because my parents don't want to wait. The location is near the Wockhardt Cancer Institute, which is good for potential medical needs. I do wish they had provided more details on future development plans for the area, but overall it looks good.

  After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place to build a small home. Speed by Haappy home Construction Buildein Nildoh, Vayusena Nagar offered just that. I opted for a 1033 Sq.ft plot, which is perfect for my needs. The project is ready to move, so I can start the construction of my bungalow whenever I feel like it. The developer has provided a good canvas. Being close to Centre Point School is convenient, even though I don't have kids, it means the area is well-serviced. The main drawback is the current state of the internal roads within the project area; they are still dusty and uneven in places.

The fact that it is ready to move was a major factor for me, as I wanted to start construction soon. It's good to know that the basic infrastructure is in place. The nearby school, Centre Point School, is a bonus. The main concern for me is the traffic on the main road leading to Vayusena Nagar, especially during peak houIt can get quite congested sometimes. Other than that, the plot itself is fine.
