The price of 2.3 Crores was a bit high, but the location near ITPL Road and Varthur Road is perfect for our commutes. We really liked the modern tropical landscape design and the jogging track. The amenities like the squash court and table tennis add to the lifestyle. Spectra Construction Pvt Ltd seems to have a good reputation. The video door security is a nice touch too. The apartment was completed in 2006, so it's not brand new, but it feels solid. We are happy with the purchase.
