I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Spatial Sapphire, located in North Hyderabad. The completion date was June 2023, and it is ready to move into. The built-up area is 1240 Sq.ft. For me, the location is convenient as it is close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road and the Hyderabad-oapur Road, making commutes easier. The developer, Spatial Infra, has included amenities like a sub-station and receiving station, which means good power backup. My only slight concern is that the roads leading directly to the project can be dusty during dry periods, but this is typical in developing areas. Otherwise, it's a solid property.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place in North Hyderabad and found Spatial Sapphire. The 2 BHK apartment size of 1240 Sq.ft built up was perfect for us. It's great that Oakridge International School is nearby, which is a huge plus for future planning. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex looks really nice. 24/7 water supply is a given, which is important. We did notice the traffic can be a bit heavy on the main road during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, a good purchase for us.

After a lot of searching, we finally settled on a 2 BHK at Spatial Sapphire in Bowrampet. The proximity to Oakridge International School, literally nearby, was the main deciding factor for our kids. We got a unit that was completed in June 2023, so it's quite new. The apartment has a built-up area of 1240 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family. We appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems in place. One minor issue is the parking situation; closed car parking is provided, but it can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Still, happy with the decision.

I did hear from my parents that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low on higher flooduring peak usage times, but they are otherwise settling in well.

Being in Bowrampet, North Hyderabad, it’s reasonably connected. I like the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the complex feel green. My main concern is the access road; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be tricky if there’s a lot of oncoming traffic. But overall, it’s a decent place for the price.
