I am a bit worried about the construction quality though, as it's still under construction and the completion is December 2027. I visited the site and saw the ongoing work. I hope they maintain good standards. The nearby Zen Schools and Zydus Hospital are nearby, which is not too far.

While not extremely far, I would have preferred it to be closer for peace of mind. Also, the project is still under construction, with completion set for December 2027, so it's a waiting game.
