The location in Behta Hazipur is developing, and the price range of 23.0 L - 32.0 L was perfect for us. We liked the 24x7 water supply and the overall gated community feel. Spacebook Estates completed the project by March 2023. While it’s ready to move, the finishing touches in the apartment could have been slightly better, but it's nothing major.
