Space Devi Garden in East Hyderabad was an interesting find. I purchased a 2 BHK, around 1200 square feet, for 45.6 Lakh. The ready-to-move-in status was appealing for a quick transaction. Its location in Himayath Nagar is central, but the traffic on the main roads can be quite congested. The proximity to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals is a definite advantage, being nearby. I'm still evaluating the long-term value, but for the price and location, it seems like a reasonable option in Hyderabad. The developer, Space Time, seems to have completed this project some yeaago.
