It is very close to Sri Venkateshwara Central School, just a short distance, and also near The North Bangalore Hospital at 7 minutes. This was a major deciding factor for us. The plot is 1200 Sq.ft, giving us enough space to plan our future home. Space Properties has ensured basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for a family. The price starting at 60.0 L was manageable. A minor issue we noticed is that the access road to the project from the main Doddajala road is a bit narrow, making it slightly tricky with larger vehicles during busy times. But generally, the internal roads are good.
