The location in Thenbhavani Nagar is convenient, with the Thirumullaivoyal railway station very close by. The price of 58 Lakhs was within my budget after taking a home loan. My parents helped me with the decision, and they were impressed with the layout. Sp Construction Chennai seems like a reliable developer. One thing I noticed is that during the evening, the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty from ongoing nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down once everything is completed.
