Plot, which is a good size for building our future home. The price was within our budget, around 19.5 Lakh. It's ready to move, so we can start planning the construction anytime. The developer, SP Projects And Develope, has included a children's play area and landscaping, which will be great for our family. My only minor worry is the dust on the internal roads, likely due to ongoing development in the vicinity. We are hoping it settles down.
