As a single working woman, I wanted a secure and convenient place. SP Nirvana offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK apartment of 1245 square feet in South Bopal Extension. The price was around 51.99 Lakh. The security cabin and fire fighting system were important factofor me. Having a children's play area is nice for when friends visit with their kids. The location near the Ghuma 45MT Road is decent, though getting onto the main Bopal - Ghuma Road during rush hour can be a little challenging. The built-up area is good, and the overall commune feels peaceful. Shri Pahva seems to have delivered a functional living space.

We were looking for a spacious apartment in Ahmedabad and found SP Nirvana. We bought a 3 BHK, 1700 square feet built-up area. The price range was between 51.99 Lakh and 70.99 Lakh. We liked the idea of a mini theatre and a gymnasium within the complex. The location in South Bopal Extension, opposite Zaveri Farm, is quite accessible. A minor drawback is the car parking arrangement; it feels a little cramped if you have larger vehicles. However, the 24x7 water supply and fire sprinkleoffer peace of mind. Shri Pahva has included good safety features. The area is growing, so we hope for good appreciation.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in SP Nirvana. The built-up area is 1700 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. It is located in South West Ahmedabad, near the Ghuma 45MT Road. The building has an earthquake-resistant RCC structure, which is a major plus. They also have visitor parking and a children's play area. The price was around 70.99 Lakh. The main concern is the proximity to the main road; there is a bit of traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak houHowever, the development itself is quite serene. Shri Pahva has delivered a decent product here.
