We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which are quite spacious, starting from 1245 Sq.ft. The apartment is vastu compliant, which was important for my mother. Having 24x7 water supply is a big relief, especially with kids. The project is ready to move, which helped us shift quickly. The only minor issue is the traffic on Thayagarajan Main Road during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. The price for a 3 BHK is around 98 Lakhs, which was within our budget.
