The location is quite accessible, with Motera Stadium Metro Station just about 2 kilometeaway, which will be convenient for commuting. We looked at the 3 BHK flats and the built-up area of 890 sq.ft is decent for our family. The price point for these homes is between 74.82 Lakh and 1.05 Crore, which is manageable. I was pleased to see the inclusion of earthquake-resistant RCC structure and fire fighting systems, which are important safety features. My only slight worry is the construction is ongoing and completion is expected in December 2027, which feels a bit far off.
