We just moved into our 2 BHK at Sowbagya Apartment about a month ago. The location in Chennai North, Moolakadal is quite convenient for my commute to the IT corridor. Lloyds Realty finished the construction on time, which was a big relief. The rooms are a decent size, good enough for us right now. My only slight worry is the traffic during peak hounear the Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, it can get pretty congested. However, overall we are happy with the space and the builder's responsiveness so far. We haven't used many amenities yet, as they are still developing some parts.
