The location in Sonarpur is quite convenient, with Ram Krishna Mission nearby and Welkin Medicare nearby for any health needs. The children's play area and swimming pool were definite attractions for us. My wife liked the idea of a jogging track as well. The price for our unit was in the mid-range, around 70-80 Lakh. Primarc Projects is the developer, and their reputation played a role in our decision. The only minor drawback we noticed during our visit was the traffic on Garia Station Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
