It’s just two minutes from the Beach road, which is nice for evening walks. Also, Providence Girls Higher Secondary School is very close by, which is perfect for my daughter. The 3 BHK flats are spacious, around 1624 square feet, and the layout felt good. The budget of around 61 Lakhs made it an attractive option. The developer, Southern Investments, has a history of completing projects. I am happy with the purchase so far.

The built-up area is around 1609 square feet, and the price was approximately 61.14 Lakhs. Southern Investments completed this project a while ago. While the location is convenient with proximity to the highway and hospitals like Aster MIMS, I noticed that the reception area and common spaces could use some freshening up. For the price point, it’s a decent investment, but not a luxury offering.

We were looking for a ready-to-move place and found Southern Prospect Point. It's quite close to the State Highway 29, which is good for my commute to the IT park. The apartment size is around 1609 square feet for the 3 BHK we looked at. The price point was reasonable for this area in Kozhikode. Southern Investments seems to have completed this project some time back in 2014. One thing we noticed is that the immediate access road can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's not a major issue. Power backup is a plus for unexpected power cuts. Overall, it meets our basic needs.

I was a bit concerned about the lack of readily available OC details, but since it was completed in January 2014, it's an older property.
