    This is my fit apartment purchase, and I chose Southern Bedford Enclave because it was ready to move in. I got the 2 BHK which is 1298 square feet, a decent size for a start. The price at 56.46 Lakh was what I could afford. The location in Kovoor is pretty good, close to Aster MIMS Hospital which is important for peace of mind. They have a children's play area which my nieces enjoyed when they visited. Landscaping is well done. My main concern is the traffic noise during the day since it's near the main road, but it quiets down at night. It’s a solid building and I’m happy with my fit investment.

    I needed something ready to move, and Southern Bedford Enclave fit the bill. The 1298 square feet 2 BHK is a good size for me, not too big to manage. Being close to the Season Bus Stop, just a minute away, makes commuting really easy for work. I also like that the gym is right here in the complex, saving me travel time. The swimming pool is a nice bonus for relaxing on weekends. Security seems good with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price was within my budget, around 56.46 Lakh. My only small issue is that the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit spotty sometimes, but overall it's been a convenient place to live.
