It's incredibly convenient having Cloudnine Hospital practically at our dootep, and Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School is also zero kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for future planning. Soundarya Constructions seems to have focused on practical living. The area itself is quite established, though some internal roads can be a bit narrow. We are happy with the initial feel of the place and the quick possession.

  I just moved into Soundarya Lakeview in Basavanagudi and it's quite convenient. Being so close to Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School is a huge plus, though I don't have kids yet, it’s good to know it's right there. Also, Cloudnine Hospital being nearby gives a lot of peace of mind. The Soundarya Constructions team handed over the flat as ready to move, which was exactly what I needed. The location in Jayanagar 6th Block is generally nice, but the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially getting onto the main roads. Overall, the flat is functional and the location is unbeatable for daily needs.

Also, Cloudnine Hospital being so close is a huge comfort. Soundarya Constructions offered this as a ready-to-move property, which was perfect as we wanted our kids to start their new school year without delay. The Jayanagar 6th Block area is lively. However, the traffic congestion around Basavanagudi during school drop-off and pick-up times can be quite significant, which is a point of concern for us daily.

  I have recently moved into Soundarya Lakeview. The location in Jayanagar 6th Block is very peaceful, which is what I was looking for after a long career. It’s great that it's ready to move; no need to worry about delays. Having Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School so close is convenient, and similarly, Cloudnine Hospital being just a stone's throw away provides a sense of security. Soundarya Constructions delivered the project as promised. The apartment is comfortable, though perhaps the room sizes could have been a bit more generous.
