The price range, from 28 Lakh to 1.57 Crore, offered some flexibility, and I secured mine at a competitive rate within that bracket. The proximity to Gitanjali Metro Station, nearby, is a major draw for tenants. Landscaping and tree planting also add to the appeal. I am expecting good returns from this property.

The proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir School (1 min) is incredibly convenient for our children. The only minor downside is the traffic noise on Sonali Park Road sometimes, but it's manageable.
