Getting to the EM Bypass is quick, which helps with commutes. The 650 square feet built-up area feels quite spacious for the two of us. The proximity to the Phoolbagan Metro Station, just 1 kilometer away, makes commuting a breeze. I also appreciate the power backup system; it’s essential in Kolkata. We chose this location in Phool Bagan because it’s very close to South Point High School, which is perfect for our kids. Also, Apollo Hospitals being right there is a huge relief. The building was completed back in 2005, so it's not brand new, but it's well-established. The 24/7 water supply is reliable. We found the price to be quite reasonable for the area and the size of the flat. We are happy with the purchase and feel it was a good decision for our growing family.

The main attraction was the location – South Point High School is literally 0 kilometeaway, and Apollo Hospitals is also right next door. This made our decision very easy. The 650 sq ft flat is comfortable for our family. It's a ready-to-move property, built by Sota Construction. We were particularly impressed by the fire sprinklementioned in the amenities, adding an extra layer of safety. The 24/7 water supply has been consistent. While the construction is older, it feels solid. We did notice some dust from ongoing minor works in the common areas, but nothing too serious.
