The project is ready to move, and I was impressed with the overall layout and the green spaces. They have amenities like a children's play area and rainwater harvesting, which are good features. Being in a gated community offea sense of security. The connectivity to Infopark and the railway station within 30 minutes is a bonus. My only slight reservation is the price; while it's within budget, it felt a bit stretched for a fit-time buyer like me, but the builder seemed reputable.

I liked the landscaping and the 24x7 water supply. My main concern is the internal road access; it's not as wide as I expected, and parking can sometimes be a bit tricky inside the plot. Also, Vathiyayath Hospital is nearby, which is a bit far for urgent needs. Still, for a fit-time purchase, it feels secure with the gated community.

The 2.5 BHK villa is 1185 sq.ft, which feels a little compact but manageable. The children's play area is nice and the landscaping looks good. We bought it for 46 lakh, which was within our budget. The community is gated and has internal roads, which is safe. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen we head out, but within the community, it's quiet. It's ready to move, so we shifted right after booking.
