The price starting from 36 Lakh onwards was manageable for our family budget. The children's play area within the complex is a big hit with my kids already. Having 24x7 security and a gated community gives us peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. The location in Paschim Putiary, Banerjee Para is developing well. We did notice the parking can be a bit tight, especially if we have visitowith ca, but for our own car, it’s manageable.
