    Finding a good location with schools nearby was our priority. Soniz Hunj Kunj is close to St. Xavier's High School Loyola Hall, which is fantastic. We bought a plot of 22500 Sq.ft for 65 L. The Univeity Area location in Central West Ahmedabad is peaceful. It's ready to move, so we can shift soon. We also like that it's close to Panchavati Cross Roads. Building our own home here feels right for the family. The Soniz Group has completed other projects, so we trust their delivery.
