The location is quite strategic, being close to the Pune-Nashik National highway and Alandi Road, which helps with commuting for my business. The project by Sonetra Associates offegood amenities like a closed car parking facility and ample water supply. I also liked the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the compound look nice. The senior citizen siteout is a thoughtful addition, though not directly relevant to me. I did notice some dust and noise from the nearby road construction occasionally, but it’s manageable. The properties being on 3 open sides is a good design feature.
