    My husband and I visited Sona Residency, which is a project by JD in Bangalore East. We are looking for a 3 BHK flat, and the 1400 square feet built-up area is very generous. It is ready to move, so we can shift soon. The location near HAL Public School is excellent, being a short distance, which is perfect for our child. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which is a bit of a concern, but hopefully, that will settle down. The developer JD has provided basic information, but we are yet to get details about the completion date and OC receipt.
