I am currently reviewing the construction timeline as they are targeting completion by September 2027. It is quite a big investment, but the layout of these 4 BHK Villas is well planned. My only concern is the distance to the main city center, which might become an issue as traffic increases in the future. Otherwise, the amenities like the clubhouse and spa are quite comprehensive for a project of this scale.

Decided to move to Som Boulevard because I wanted a quiet place for my retirement yeaThe 4 BHK Villa gives us plenty of space, and I am particularly looking forward to using the landscaping and tree planting area for my morning walks. SSI KC Developeseems to be doing a good job with the quality of construction so far. It is located in Kondakal, which is calm, but the nearby bus stop at Sheriguda is nearby, so you definitely need your own car for daily errands. The home theatre and mini theatre facilities are excellent additions that my grandkids will love when they visit during their summer holidays. Everything seems to be on track for the 2027 handover.

The plot size of 4008 Sq.ft is just right for them to maintain easily. While the project is still under construction, I am hopeful that the final product will match the brochure. My main worry is the limited public transport options nearby, but as long as they have a driver, they should be fine.

Finding a school for the children was our main priority, and while Samashti International School is nearby, the environment at Som Boulevard makes it worthwhile. The space available in the 4135 Sq.ft plot is great for the kids to run around safely. We really liked that the society includes a kid's pool and amphitheater, which keeps the children engaged. The construction quality by SSI KC Developeappearobust, though there is a lot of dust in the area currently due to ongoing work on neighboring plots. It is a bit far from the main city, but that is the trade off for having such a peaceful living space in Kondakal.
