The area of 897 sq.ft for the 2 BHK is adequate. I chose this project because it offegood connectivity, being close to Jessore Road and NH 12. The price of 50.43 Lakh for the base configuration seemed reasonable given the current market. They have earthquake-resistant structures, which gives peace of mind. Parking is usually an issue in Kolkata, but they have car parking facilities here. The overall budget is between 50.43 Lakh and 85.9 Lakh.

I was reassured by the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the presence of a swimming pool and gymnasium. The project by Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Is still under construction, with completion expected in September 2028. The 897 sq.ft size for the 2 BHK is comfortable for one peon. My main concern is the access road; it's not the widest and can get congested during peak hou, which I noticed during my site visit. Hopefully, that improves.
