    My office is in Chala so I decided to look at Solitaire Luxuria for my family. The construction by Solitaire DevelopeValsad is moving along pretty well. I checked out the 3 BHK layout which has a carpet area of around 1044 square feet. It feels quite spacious for our needs. Being near the highway is a huge advantage for my daily commute. My only concern is that the site area is a bit dusty right now because of the ongoing construction work. I hope they manage the cleanup better once the finishing stages begin. The parking space provided is covered which is good. Overall it looks like a decent project for people who want to stay near the main road access.

    Finding a home near a good school was our top priority so we booked here because St. Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School is only 1 kilometer away. Solitaire Luxuria seems very kid friendly with a swimming pool and open spaces. We went for the 3 BHK flat with 1042 square feet carpet area. The rooms are well planned and light. My only minor worry is that the construction noise can be a bit much during the day since it is still under construction. Hopefully, everything gets finished by December 2027 as they mentioned. The security team and the 24 by 7 water supply give us a lot of peace of mind.
