The 4 BHK flats are 1890 square feet, which feels very large for a fit-time buyer, but I wanted something I could grow into. Solace Realty is developing this project, and it is currently under construction with a planned completion in May 2028. I liked that they have included a Sewage Treatment Plant and a Fire Fighting System. The community hall is also a good feature. I am a bit concerned about the parking situation, as it seems like it might be tight when the building is fully occupied.
