The price was around 42.41 Lakh, which I felt was justified for the space and location in Jothwara. It's a ready-to-move project, which meant immediate possession. The fire fighting system and 24x7 security were important factofor me. I also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex feel more pleasant. While the general amenities are good, the connection to the main road could be better as you have to navigate some internal lanes. The swimming pool is well-maintained though.
