The 3 BHK we looked at has options from 1199 sq.ft up to 2929 sq.ft, giving us flexibility. We settled on a comfortable size. The price range from 43.16 Lakh to 1.05 Crore was acceptable for the area. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look green and pleasant. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I expect that to settle down. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension, nearby, is reassuring.
