We loved that it was ready to move in, so we could settle quickly. The proximity to Vidya Pratishthan's New English Medium School, just a 3-minute drive, is fantastic for future planning. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. Parking is enclosed, which keeps our car safe. The price was around 50 Lakhs. One thing we noticed is that the Madanevasti Bus Stop is about an 8-minute walk, which can be a bit of a trek in the heat or rain, but it's manageable. Overall, we are happy with our decision.
