We finally moved into our Soham Dev Pristine flat last month. It is a ready to move in property, which was a big plus for us. The location in Shahibaug is quite convenient, especially being so close to Puna International School; the kids don't have a long commute at all. We opted for a 3 BHK, and the space is adequate for our family. The metro station is also not too far, which is good for getting around Ahmedabad. My only minor complaint is that the internal roads within the complex can feel a bit narrow when visitoarrive with multiple caOverall, the Soham Group seems to have built a decent place for families.

We were looking for a larger home and found Soham Dev Pristine to be a good option. We decided on a 3 BHK configuration. The fact that it is ready to move was a major deciding factor for us, as we did not want to deal with rental agreements anymore. The location in Shahibaug is decent, although the approach road could be a bit better maintained. It’s close to Apollo Hospital International Limited Ahmedabad, which is quite convenient. Sometimes the dust from nearby construction can be a bit much, but we are hoping that will settle down. We feel it's a good upgrade from our previous rental.

Puna International School is also right at nearby, a significant advantage for families. The parking situation can be a little cramped if you have larger vehicles or multiple ca, which is something potential buyeshould consider. Otherwise, the Soham Group has delivered a functional living space.
