The built up area for the 2 BHK is 1653.73 square feet which is quite spacious compared to what I have seen elsewhere. Sobha Limited has a decent reputation, so I am hopeful they will maintain the delivery timeline of February 2031. The 24x7 water supply and the security features are important for my peace of mind. The price is around 2.05 Crore, which is a major commitment for me, but the location near the Hindon River is peaceful. I am keeping my fingecrossed that the construction proceeds smoothly.
