We chose a 3 BHK villa for its comfortable size, around 2300 sq.ft. The availability of a gymnasium and community buildings suits our lifestyle. While the project is older, completed in 2009, the maintenance seems adequate. Being close to Manipal Hospital on Varthur Road offereassurance. The price range was a bit higher than expected, but the quality of Sobha Limited's construction justifies it. It feels like a secure and well-built community.
