The project by Sobha Limited is ready to move, and the facilities are quite good for children, including a large play area and a cricket pitch. The community also has a library and an indoor games room. The price for our apartment was about 2.8 Crore. The security is robust, which is important with kids. We appreciate the landscaped gardens and water features which make the complex pleasant. The only minor issue is that Manipal Hospital is nearby, which might be a bit far in an emergency.

The clubhouse facilities are extensive, including a private cinema which the kids are really excited about. The imported marble flooring throughout the apartment is a nice touch. My only small concern is the traffic congestion in Whitefield during peak hou, but we factored that in. The price point was at the higher end, around 4.91 Crore, but the quality and amenities justify it for us.

The smart home automation features are a modern touch we appreciate. The only downside we’ve noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but hopefully that will subside.
