Buying a home for my parents back in India, I wanted something comfortable and secure. Sobha City in Gurgaon seemed like a good option. The availability of 24x7 security and video door security provides peace of mind for me being so far away. The resort-style 1 Acre Lakelet and the extensive 70% green landscaping offer a serene environment that my parents will enjoy. They can also make use of the swimming pool and gymnasium. I looked at the 3 BHK configurations, which have a good carpet area. My only concern is the travel time to Manipal Hospital, which is nearby, and the metro station is also a fair distance away. The budget is considerable, starting at 2.36 Crore.

We recently finalized a 4 BHK apartment in Sobha City, Gurgaon. The expansive 2423 to 2963 square feet carpet area is perfect for our large family and for entertaining guests. The project boasts two expansive clubhouses and a variety of sports facilities like a volleyball court and a cricket pitch, which is great for recreation. The nearby walking and biking trail is also a nice touch for fitness enthusiasts. While the project itself looks impressive with its grand 32m entrance plaza, the immediate area around Babupur can be quite dusty due to ongoing development, which is a minor inconvenience. The prices are steep, with the 4 BHK units going up to 8.25 Crore, but the amenities and Sobha Limited's brand name justify it for us.
