The project by Soba Associates is ready for immediate occupation, having been completed in June 2020. The location on Kondhwa Road is convenient for us, being close to schools like NIBM - CISCE School. The amenities such as 24x7 water supply and recreation facilities are quite good. However, the noise from the main road can be a little botheome at times, especially during the day. We also appreciate the rainwater harvesting system installed.
