    My partner and I were looking for our fit home in Hyderabad and settled on Snigdha Ira. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1424 Sq.ft for around 37.02 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for us. The project by Paramount Assets has a swimming pool and a multipurpose room, which we think will be great for entertaining friends. The location is quite good, being near the Nacharam-Mallapur Road and not too far from LB Nagar. Security is 24x7, and there’s intercom facility. The only downside we've noticed is the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be an issue, especially during drier periods.
