We paid approximately 38 Lakhs. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus because we didn't want to wait. The cycling and jogging track is something we've started using daily. Sii Road is becoming quite developed. We also like that there's a rainwater harvesting system installed. The nearby Bright Land School is also a big convenience for our children.
