The budget for these is around 47 Lakhs, which is manageable for us. The developer, Sneha Constructions, has included several amenities like a gymnasium and a clubhouse, which we think will be good for relaxation after a long day at school. The location is also decent, with easy access to public transport although Nal Stop Metro Station is about 5 kilometeaway. The project is under construction and due for completion in February 2029. We are looking forward to moving in.
