The 24x7 security and the location, which is only a minute away from DAV Public School, made me feel secure. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1092 to 1195 square feet, which is perfect for me. The price of 45.86 Lakh for a 2 BHK is reasonable. The gym is a great amenity for my fitness routine. My only small concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but I hope that will settle down soon.
