We were searching for a ready-to-move 2 BHK flat for our growing family in Kolkata. SMPL Swapnapuri offered a built-up area of 910 square feet, which is quite adequate. The proximity to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station, a short distance, is fantastic for commuting to school and work. The price of 27.3 Lakh was also a deciding factor for us. While the project itself is good, the traffic on the main road leading to Garia can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily travel with kids.

Finally moving out of our rented place to our own flat at SMPL Swapnapuri in Sonarpur. We wanted something ready to move so we didn't have to wait. The 2 BHK flat we saw had a good layout, and at 910 square feet built-up area, it’s a good upgrade. Having Narayana Hospital nearby is also a big comfort for us and the family. Sthapati Marketing Private Limited seems to have decent projects. The only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hoping that settles down soon.
