The Pattanagere Metro station is nearby, making commutes easier. We picked a 3 BHK with a super built-up area of 1315 sq.ft. The price was around 75 Lakhs, which was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the location and amenities like paved compound and lifts made us go for it. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the feeling of safety in this gated community. SML Properties has provided good amenities overall.
