The availability of a gymnasium and a garden was a big draw for me. It’s also great that ORCHIDS school is right next door, though I don't have kids. The project is currently under construction, with a completion date of November 2025. I visited the site, and the location seems promising, but the road access to the main street could be a little better. Overall, it seems like a decent investment for a single peon.
