We liked that it was ready to move in and completed in 2018. The project has nice landscaped gardens and a children's play area, which our grandchildren enjoy when they visit. The price point was reasonable, around 55 Lakhs for our unit. The only small issue is the road leading to the main highway can get congested during certain times of the day. Otherwise, the construction seems solid and the amenities like the club house are well-maintained.
