At the time of purchase, the ready-to-move status and the proximity to developing areas of Hyderabad were key factoManikonda is a good residential hub. While the location is generally good, the connectivity to Raidurg Metro Station at nearby is a bit of a commute. Also, since the project is older, some units might require minor upgrades.
