The Vengambakkam Village Bus Stop is also quite close, nearby, which helps with public transport access. We liked that SM Promoteoffered ready-to-move plots, saving us construction delays. The area is developing well, and we can see the potential for future growth. My husband liked the layout options available for building our home. The only drawback we noticed is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hounear the main road, but within the layout itself, it’s peaceful. We are happy with our decision so far.
